Here are potential FAQs for the OneBloodRewards program:

OneBlood Rewards
I did not get my blood donor rewards from the blood drive.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your points to be posted to your account after donating at a blood drive. If your points are still missing after 2 days, please contact Donor Services at 1-888-9-DONATE.

I never received my email when I redeemed my eGift card in my portal.

First, check spam and junk folders for the email. If not received after 24 hours, contact Donor Services to reissue the reward. Include the date you redeemed when calling Call 1-888-936-6239.

I never received the email for my Milestone reward.

OneBlood will automatically email Milestone eGift Card rewards upon hitting each gallon donor level. Check spam folders first, then call 1-888-936-6239 if not received within 5 days to have it resent.

I never received an email or lost my email for my gift card.

Contact Donor Services at 1-888-936-6239, provide the redemption date for your rewards points, and request the resending of the gift card email to the email address registered on your donor account.

I did not get my eGift Card.

First, check your OneBlood donor profile’s associated email account to ensure you did not receive the eGift Card. Additionally, try accessing it in your Account Dashboard under ‘My Rewards.’ If unavailable, call Donor Services at 1-888-936-6239 to request a reissue.

How do I redeem my eGift Card?

Sign in to your OneBlood account and under “My Rewards”, access received gift cards. Copy the claim code and visit the retailer’s website to paste the code at online checkout to redeem. The value will be deducted from your order total.

My rewards expired.

Rewards points expire 1 year after earned if not redeemed. While we cannot recover expired points, please donate again soon to start re-earning rewards.

I do not have an email and would like my eGift card mailed.

Contact 1-888-936-6239 to provide an alternate mailing address for the fulfillment of redeemed eGift card Rewards rather than the standard email delivery method.

What is the Milestone Recognition Program?

Our Milestone Recognition Program emails eGift Card rewards to donors at 1, 3, 5 gallons donated and beyond. It recognizes loyalty on the journey to becoming a life-saving gallon donor!

How does the Whole Blood Challenge work?

If you complete 2 whole blood donations between June 1 and August 31, 2023, you will automatically earn a $10 eGift Card reward loaded to your donor account around September 10, 2023.

How/when do I receive my Whole Blood Challenge eGift Card?

If eligible, your $10 Whole Blood Challenge eGift Card will be automatically emailed to the address on file in early September 2023. Check your OneBlood account under “My Rewards”.

I donated blood on a mobile drive or donor center that did not have my gallon window cling.

  1. i won’t be donating blood to oneblood again. One of the reasons that i donated was for the reward that is supposed to be emailed to me. most of the time I donate even 2 units of PRBC.

    Oneblood just can’t seem to get it right on the email. Also, my wife donates, so she probable won’t be donating either.

    The main problem is that Oneblood doesn’t allow a shared email for two people meaning i have to use my email at work. WHY can’t you share an email for two rewards. Doesn’t appear that it should be such a problem. After all we can identify all of the different blood types and distinguish who can receive certain products without having a reaction, but we can’t share an email. mystery.
